Track your bags
You can track the location of your checked bags from your phone or tablet. We’ll let you know when your bags are loaded, unloaded and ready to be picked up at baggage claim. We scan bags at most airports and provide updates as soon as they become available.
How to track bags
Here’s how to check the status of your bags when you travel with us:
Download
Download the United app to get started. This feature works on Android (version 4.3 or higher) and iOS (version 10 or higher). You also need a current flight reservation with checked bags.
Track
Select "Track my bags" on the home page or go to "View reservations". If you don’t see your information, enter your bag tag number or scan the barcode on your bag receipt.
