If the miles you earned with a non-airline partner are not showing up in your MileagePlus® account, you need to contact them to request credit. Each partner has its own process for reporting missing miles. Search through the list on this page to find contact information and instructions.

You have 90 days from the date of the transaction to request missing credit. You can call 1-800-555-5116, or mail a letter with your full name, MileagePlus number and a copy of your dining receipt from the restaurant.

Activation bonus miles are earned after two months of service. Miles will show up in your account 2-4 weeks after the close of each billing cycle. If you do not receive your miles, call 1-877-320-0356 or email service@energypluscompany.com.
