United Military Pilot Program (UMPP) to establish a pathway for active-duty military pilots to become United First Officers.

The Technician Pathway Program gives U.S. Army reservists and students from three maintenance schools a direct pathway to technician jobs at the airline.

Partnered with RecruitMilitary, the U.S. Army’s Partnership For Your Success (PaYS) program, VetJobs, and USO to help recruit and transition Reservists and military personnel to civilian employment.
