Charters are subject to execution of a binding charter agreement. A deposit is required at the time of contracting. Full payment must be received by ACH or wire transfer before departure.

United Charters FAQ

United Charters gives you private use of an entire plane, no matter how many passengers there are. If you just need to buy a larger number of tickets, you should use one of our other services:
United for Business Groups is for groups of 10 or more flying together from the same departure and arrival airports.
United for Business Meetings is for groups of 10 or more flying from different cities to the same destination. Most people use United Meetings for events like conferences, trade shows, corporate training and weddings.
We like to send charter quotes at least three months before the trip date. Contact us to discuss your needs and our availability. We can’t provide charter quotes for trips more than a year in advance.
Charters are offered on most of the mainline United fleet, which can carry more than 100 passengers per plane. United Express^® planes are not usually available for charter flights.
United Charters can fly to most airports in the United States or abroad, subject to government approval, Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and internal operations review. As a U.S. flag carrier, we can only fly to airports that are Part 139 certified.
Our charter agreement says that any changes to the charter schedule, or cancellation of the charter, are subject to penalties and fees paid by the customer.
No. You cannot earn miles on charter flights, and we do not accept award miles as a form of payment.
