Award flights and upgrades

You can use miles to book regular award flights on SWISS online or by calling our reservations line. There may be service charges depending on the type of ticket, travel dates and your MileagePlus status. You can also use miles to upgrade your ticket with Star Alliance Upgrade Awards. Award tickets cannot be issued at the airport.

Members with Premier status flying on SWISS will also get Star Alliance Gold or Silver benefits.
