EQUAL

All our employees, regardless of sexual orientation or religious beliefs, are invited to join EQUAL.

EQUAL has more than 5k members from all areas of the company and offers them the opportunity to learn and continue growing in their careers.

EQUAL offers charitable, educational and networking opportunities for its members.

Past speakers include Rocco Claps, former Director of the Illinois Department of Human Rights, Brian Johnson, CEO of Equality Illinois, and Aditi Hardikar, former Director of Public Engagement for the White House.

Community outreach

We celebrate not only Pride but are also actively involved in our local communities. We have marched in more parades than any other airline and we’re consistently supporting festivals throughout the year. We also volunteer with organizations such as Test Positive Aware Network (TPAN) and Center on Halsted to support the LGBTQ+ community.

Go Purple for Spirit Day

In October, we show our support for LGBTQ+ youth and take a stand against bullying by participating in Spirit Day and raising funds for community organizations.
