Use this claim form to request reimbursement for the cost of clothes and toiletries while your bag was delayed. You'll need your file reference number, that ends in M (ORD12345M). Learn more about and how to report them.

Step 3: Get your reimbursement
Claims are usually processed within 4-6 weeks.
