You can request missing credit for up to four flight segments at once. Requests can be submitted up to a year after your flight.
Miles and Premier qualifying credit should be reflected in your account within 48 hours after travel is completed. If they have not posted after five days, submit a request.
New MileagePlus members may request miles and Premier qualifying credit for flights up to 6 months before their enrollment date. To request miles for these flights, contact the MileagePlus Service Centeropens in a new tab
For Flights with Star Alliance™ member airlines and other parter airlines, it may take up to 7 days for miles and Premier qualifying credit to show up in your account. For flights on Virgin Australia, it may take up to 14 days. View all Star Alliance member and partner airlines.
If your account isn't updated after 7 or 14 days, depending on the airline, submit a request. Additional documents may be required to complete your request.

It may take up to 8 weeks for non-airline partner miles to be added to your account. Keep your receipts and any other relevant documents until the miles appear on your MileagePlus statement.

Premier qualifying points credit for Economy Plus subscriptions should be added to your account within 48 hours of purchase or gift activation. If you have not received credit, submit a request. Requests may be submitted up to 12 months after the date of purchase.
