1The double miles offer only applies to purchases made with United Mileage Plus Visa credit cards for airline tickets on united.com between January 1, 2005 and December 31, 2005. United Mileage Plus Gold Class cardholders and United Mileage Plus Small Business cardholders will receive two miles for each dollar spent and one Elite Qualifying Mile for each dollar spent on united.com, up to 5,000 Elite Qualifying Miles. Miles are not earned on returned or unused tickets. Taxes, passenger facility charges and other fees are not eligible for double miles. The bonus miles will be reflected on your Mileage Plus account 6–8 weeks after purchase. The bonus miles are nontransferable.
