Please have your flight information ready and enter your name as it appears on your boarding pass.
Helpful tips:
  • If your name suffix (i.e. Sr., Jr.), is displayed on your boarding pass, please choose one using the dropdown menu.
  • If you were rebooked on another flight, please use your originally scheduled flight number and date.
  • Type in the flight number without the "UA" airline code at the beginning.
  • Ticket numbers are numeric values only, and no more than 13 digits.
